Refund Policy – HypeWalk

Returns Eligibility

At HypeWalk, we accept refund requests within 14 days of the delivery date. After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original packaging
  • In the same condition as received
  • With all original tags and accessories included

Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

How to Request a Refund

To start a return, please contact us at support@hypewalk-sneakers.com with:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the product (if applicable)

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be refunded:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
